This traditionally feminine figure is associated with large breasts and hips, and a small waistline. While you can't alter your genes, you can take steps to encourage feminine curves on your body. You won't likely experience drastic changes in your figure; however, you may notice small improvements that get you closer to the natural, feminine curves you want.

    Eat soy products. Soy contains phytoestrogen, nature's equivalent of estrogen. Like the female hormone estrogen, phytoestrogen can help increase breast size. You can find soy in a variety of different forms, such as tofu, edamame, soy nut butter and soy milk.

    Try topical creams. There are lotions and creams that can be applied to gradually increase breast size, giving you more feminine curves. Generally, such topical treatments contain phytoestrogens. You can find these creams in most herbal-products stores.

    Exercise. A slim waistline will accent your feminine curves. While you can't choose where you lose weight, cardiovascular exercise can help you to lose weight in general. If you lose weight, it will eventually come off your waistline. Running, cycling, swimming and aerobics are all solid forms of cardiovascular exercise.

    Lift weights. If you build muscle on your chest and hips, they'll stand out more. As a result, your feminine curves will be more pronounced. Focus on chest exercises, such as push-ups, chest rows and chest presses, that build up the pectoral muscles, helping to make your breasts look bigger. Exercises that will build muscle on your hips include squats and lunges.

    Massage your breasts and hips. Regular massage increases circulation so blood and nutrients can more easily reach an area. The increased circulation helps make the area appear slightly larger. Use firm pressure to massage your breasts and hips daily for at least three minutes.
